Spray tanning is a process in which a colorless sugar (DHA based) is sprayed onto your skin with a handheld airbrush system. The DHA reacts with the amino acids in the outermost (Epidermis) layer of your skin to create a natural tan. As these skin cells are naturally exfoliated, the color gradually fades. The solution applied has a cosmetic bronzer that allows us to see exactly where the solution is being placed.

Absolutely! Sunless tanning is a safe and a proven method of getting that bronzed look. DHA has also been used in food and cosmetics. When DHA comes in contact with the amino acids of the skin, it creates a natural chemical reaction that causes the skin to appear tanned. If you have further concerns about Spray Tanning and its safety, we always recommend consulting your Dr. first.

- Shower at least 4 hours before your appointment to give your pores time to close. If you must shower right before your appointment, please finish with a cold rinse to close pores. - Shaving and waxing should be done 24 hours prior to appointment. - Exfoliate Exfoliate Exfoliate! The exfoliator is best when oil free and made from organic and natural ingredients. We also carry retail products you can purchase in our studio. - DO NOT apply lotion 8 hours leading up to your appointment. You may wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Bikini, bra, underwear or you may go nude. We do provide disposable thongs for a small fee. - Men are required to wear bottoms. NO EXCEPTIONS. - Please bring dark loose clothing to wear after your appointment. (No denim, no yoga pants, no tight undergarments) - Come clean, free of deodorant, lotions, oils, and make up(If you are wanting the face sprayed) with your hair pulled up. - Fl weather is unpredictable so please plan accordingly, protective gear for rain. - Complete all other beauty services first, like nails, waxing, facials, and massages.

Avoid wearing white to your session! The bronzer might transfer to certain clothing however, will NOT stain. Any transfer is completely washable.

All natural body wash & body lotion will be best for your spray tan. Dove, olay, and other similar soaps containing sulfates will strip your tan. Please make sure to use sulfate and paraben free soap. Avoid using sunscreens containing alcohol.

The spray tan will look its best 2-3 days after. If you have an event on a Saturday, we recommend booking Wednesday or Thursday. Friday morning would also be fine but keep in mind the tan does take 12-24 hours to fully develop and then 1-2 regular showers after is when color is at its peak. If you are traveling, you can get the tan a few days before or the day before
